Return of goods is possible within 14 calendar days in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. All costs associated with the return and exchange of goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.
Conditions for returning goods:
We accept returns only on the condition that:
- the goods have not been used;
- its original appearance has been preserved
- the goods have no traces of wear or cosmetics;
- no signs of washing, dry cleaning or perfume scent;
- all tags, seals and dimensions are in place and undamaged
The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods show signs of use or if the goods do not meet the above requirements
The goods are sent for exchange only after receiving the return.
Return funds:
The refund is made within 3 calendar days after the Seller receives the goods and checks their condition.
The money is returned in the same way and to the same person who made the payment
